How do I know if the product I want to buy is in stock?
All products on the website are in stock. If a product is out of stock, it will not be visible on the website or will not be available to buy. If purchasing more than we have in stock you will see a message in your shopping basket to tell you this. Please contact us before purchase should you require further details of stock availability, if this is the case.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order. As much or as little can be ordered at any time, stock permitting.
How do I know that you have received my order?
You will receive a confirmation from us by email stating your order number and order details.

Why have I not received an email conformation even though I have completed payment for my order?
This is caused by an invalid or mistyped email address.
I entered my card details to pay but I still have not received confirmation.
This is caused by omitting to confirm your payment details, therefore your payment has not been successful.
How do I know that it is safe to shop with you?
Shopping at Rainbow Creations is safe. You will see our Geotrust logo at the top of the page. We secure your private information using an SSL certificate. If you click on it, you will see it is valid. This creates a secure shopping environment.
Do you give discount codes, voucher codes or promotional codes?
We promote discount codes occasionally on our Facebook page and on Twitter. We also send discount codes via email to our email subscribers. You can be notified of our online discount craft supplies and promotions by receiving our regular newsletter if you choose.
We are a school and would like to place a purchase order and be invoiced later.
Please place the order via the website, select bacs at checkout (you can send a cheque, made payable to 'Rainbow Creations' but please let us know via contact us first) After placing your order, there is the facility to print the invoice. Once you have sent the payment, we will be able to despatch your goods. Please make your payment as soon as possible so that we can ensure that we have it in stock for you.
How much are delivery charges?
£2.70 second class, £3.65 first class. For more detailed information, please see our delivery information page.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We dispatch within 24-48 hours. From an order placing to receipt of goods depends on the time of day that you placed your order and the delivery service you chose. Some orders will be delivered within 48 hours of placing it, others will take a few days.
What is the best way to contact you?
Please contact us by email. We monitor our emails constantly, and you will get the fastest response this way. We endeavour not to keep you waiting long.
Do you take orders over the phone?
No sorry we don't, all orders must be placed via the website.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are an online retailer only, and orders are only taken via the website.
Do you have a paper catalogue?
No, our product range is continuously updating. Many products are standard which creates the basis of our shop but our whole product range is variable.
This does however mean that what you see is what we have. We do not like to disappoint nor ask you to wait.
Do you sell wholesale?
Some products are available to buy in larger quantities and can be found on the website. We do not sell in any other manner. We do not sell wholesale nor to the trade.
Do you supply at VAT invoice?
We are not VAT registered so there is no separate VAT added. An invoice can be printed once you have placed your order.
I want to pay by credit card. Do you charge a fee for processing the transaction?
No we do not charge in any way. You only pay for the goods you order and delivery costs.
Do you use my email address or phone number?
We only require these to process your order. We do not use them for any other reason. We do not send emails that you have not subscribed to, and we do not pass your details to third parties. We will only phone regarding your order, if thought necessary. We do not phone you for marketing purposes or surveys.
What should I do if I have a problem when placing my order?

I am having trouble logging into my account
If you have already made an account with us please ensure that you are logging into 'Existing Rainbow Creations Customers' (that is for those that have made an account, whether a purchase has been made or not)
If you are using a mobile device, you will need to scroll passed 'New Customers' to find 'Existing Rainbow Creations Customers'.
If you are using desktop, it is to the right of the log in page.
If you are having trouble with your login details, please ensure that you have typed both your email address and password correctly. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one.
How do I return a product? Please contact us in the first instance or see our Return Policy
