Returns and Refunds

Faulty Products

If, on the rare occasion, a product is found to be defective, we will replace it free of charge. You will need to return the item and your costs will be reimbursed.

 
Unsuitable Products
If a product is not suitable for your needs, we offer a full refund, but will not be liable for any return costs. Please take your time in selecting your items carefully. It is important that you read the product description fully for each product that you buy, paying particular attention to the sizes given. You are responsible for both the postage and the goods when returning items to us.
 
We cannot refund any items we do not receive nor be responsible for any damages or losses made by the Royal Mail when returning goods to us. In the case of losses made by the Royal Mail when returning items to us it will be the customer's responsibility to make a claim against the Royal Mail.
A proof of posting certificate should be obtained from the post office. Recorded delivery is not necessary, and the cost of this will not be refunded should you choose to use it.
 
If you are returning only part of an order unfortunately we cannot refund your original postage.
 
If you need to return an item please contact us, quoting your order number. The goods must be returned to us for a refund to be made.
