    Black waxed cord is an ideal cord for children to use as the cotton cord is stiffened making it easy to thread. A strong but fine cord of 1 mm width. Waxed cord is non stretch and is ideal for making bracelets and necklaces. Particularly popular for boy's and girl's jewellery making, plaiting and macramé style beading.
